The Bristol Sloth returns!
"The Bristol Sloth" was coined by Mike Fox for The Complete Chess Addict.

Guitarist Leo Kottke read the book and wrote a tune in his honour.

You can read Williams' second book, Horae Divanianae (Divan Hours?), courtesy of Google books:

I've taken the precaution of downloading a PDF of this for my own use (via "Print to PDF") in case it becomes unavailable again.

Hours spent at the Grand Divan (Simpson's-in-the-Strand). Lovely turn of Latin phrase.

I suspect Horae Divanianae would merit an update by GMRDKOBE.

Ray could discuss the adding of his name onto the once famous chess board and tell us who made the suggestion.
