This morning's postal delivery to the BCN office included a 1935 and 1939 BCM bound volume in nice condition. Clearly not very exciting since every one has these almost certainly.

However, opening both revealed that both had plates inserted announcing Ex Libris Leonard R. Reitstein

I'd not heard of this gentlemen until today.

He appears to be pretty well known in RSA chess circles.
