I would imagine GM Nunn would be in with a shout but I can't say when Golombek stopped publishing. I naturally veer towards my all time favourite author BM Diggle, but I suppose he doesn't really count.

Who is BM Diggle? I am aware of Geoffrey Harber Diggle. Are they related?

HGs final book was The Best Games of C.H.O’D. Alexander in 1976 when HG was 65.

He wrote for the Dataday diary people some years after in their chess diaries.

I'm not aware that HG was a publisher but he was an author.

During the period 1938 - 1940 HG was the editor of British Chess Magazine and therefore you might claim that during that period he was acting as a publisher. I suppose it is a moot point.
