ECF officers

Whilst Jack announced his own appointment, there hasn't been any wider announcement of the holders of the various manager posts. Nevertheless the current holders are now on the ECF website.

The two new AGM approved posts of Commercial Director and Manager of Senior Chess have yet to be filled, the Commercial Director position not even being named as vacant (so perhaps it isn't).
