Has anyone heard of the ECF Personnel Sub-Committee?
I cannot find any mention of this on the ECF main site.
Anyone know who are the members of this sub-committee?

John Wickham, David Anderton, Susan McFarland are on the committee, and report to the President.

It is rather odd that the personnel sub-committee consists of just one director IMO.

I checked and the other members are the President and the Finance Director, so that makes more sense. The committee is intended to be a mix of Directors and non-Directors.

Thanks Adam as always.
That's a most unusual set up in my experience. Out of interest, how are appointments to the Personnel Committee made? I don't recall ever voting on it.

I am not sure exactly how the appointments are made, but I would think it unusual to have a vote for this kind of committee. Their main role would be intervention in sensitive personnel / HR issues within the permanent staff, not chess-related matters.

Adam - Apologies for being cryptic! I was trying to say that it's unusual to have non-directors on such a body and was asking, in a roundabout way, how they got there!
