You will hear evidence at the AGM and I am looking forward to explaining to the ECF Council how the system of ECF Governance within and without the ECF Board has fallen into disrepute over the last 2 years mostly due to the actions of one of two individuals.
Are you sure the Council meeting won't be controlled by agents of Mike Truran who will use procedural devices to deny your say? Why not post here? If necessary resign your director position first.

Unlike Board meetings, Council meetings can be regarded as public as anything said is likely to be reported.

I am absolutely certain that these people will try and continue their over 2 year campaign to gag me and force me from office in any way they see fit and I am relying on Michael Farthing as the ECF Chair of Council to stop the Truran campaigns ongoing dirty tricks against me during the AGM itself and to allow and enable me to make my points to ECF Council members at the AGM which is the proper place for these matters to be discussed and brought into the open

It has been quiet over the past six years for squabbles inside the ECF board, if any, to spill out onto this forum or anywhere else. Even the Women's Director seemingly kept his head down and got on with his specialist objectives.

There are more questions than answers.

I would have thought such allegations better made before the meeting. That's because it would give third parties an opportunity to review them as well as for those accused to be able to justify their conduct. Also such a potential witch hunt distracts from the main purposes of the meeting and is likely ruled out of time.

These are the people potentially being accused.
Governance Committee
Robert Stern (Chair), Michael Farthing, Mike Gunn, Stephen Greep and ex officio, the President
Perhaps the non-Exec directors as well
Non-Executive Director Stephen Woodhouse
Non-Executive Director Natasha Regan
Non-Executive Chairman Julian Clissold

This is not some silly game which you play on Social Media.

These are serious matters concerning an attack on ECF Democracy for the ECF Council to discuss.

On point of information, please read my previous posts and I have already said that these dirty tricks have been going on since 2019 and therefore please stop trying to include people in your Agatha Christie whodunnit who were not involved as members of the ECF Board in 2019.

I have also repeatedly said it is 2 or3 Board members who are the principle guilty parties

Who you aren't prepared to name and weren't in 2019 or 2020 either. The ECF Council only has a loose relationship with "democracy" given the number of votes held by mostly unaccountable Congress organisers.

Ah yes, the classic "I'm being silenced!!!" gambit - almost invariably from people who never shut up.

Well I may have to change my vote to Chris Fegan folks. He has that winning combination of reserve and stoicism that makes any committee meeting extra productive.

Given the current voting figures above, it looks like Chris will finish second to Robert Stern, the lawyer,

However maybe Chris on the Governance Committee would be a "good thing" for the ECF ?!

I think that might be described as a 'minority opinion'.

Indeed, the exclamation mark is doing a lot of work.

With a contested Election one would hope that Governance would ensure that the register of interests is up to date ?
