I believe that your concerns may be unfounded. I made a detailed study of the proxy list on the day of last year's AGM and ascertained:

(1) All proxies in favour of "the Chairman of the meeting" were directed.

(2) None of the undirected proxies were in favour of Gerry Walsh.
