In all seriousness, having watched this debate grow, I am now absolutely clear in my mind about the necessity of strict checks in place, including Photo ID for EVERY ECF Coach , Accredited or Assistant from now on.

So something good is coming out of it.

Andrew
I'm sorry to drag this thread back on topic. If you have decided to to proceed with this Andrew then I will say no more about it after this final comment. Please consider whether it would be a good idea to call these people something more sensible. They will be after all neither assisting anyone or have any coaching experience or training whatsoever. The fabulous reputation of the ECF will be in the hands of who knows who :!:

I understand that one can make a nice earner asking other people to empty cat litter trays :!:

I make a light hearted response and this is the answer. Maybe there is an obscure joke here. If this is the case please enlighten me so that I with my undeveloped sense of humour might appreciate the mirth.

I have a vague recollection that one of Louise's nom de guerres was the name of a mistress of King Charles II. I believe Bob Wade's cat is now called Charles II. It may have something to do with Charley, being as rich as a king, offering money to empty his litter (can cats do this?), although it does seem a bit obscure to me. I thought I had a catholic sense of humour.

Anyhow, in the interests of peace, harmony and goodwill to all men. How about a friendly match between Staines (Paul's club) and Waltham Forest (Louise's). I suspect this would need an arbiter, any volunteers?

Sometimes you're better off dead
There's gun in your hand and its pointing at your head
You think you're mad, too unstable
Kicking in chairs and knocking down tables
In a restaurant in a west end town
Call the police, there's a madman around
Running down underground to a dive bar
In a west end town

In a west end town, a dead end world
The west end boys and east end girls
In a east end town, a dead end world
The west end boys and east end girls
East end girls

An intriguing idea, Simon...

Why Staines and not the Athenaeum?

David, I must congratulate you. For a Scouser, you seem to have an admirable grasp of London geography! :D

If I was a Scouser, I wouldn't have a clue about London's geography.

In fact my wife (from London) tells the story that a true Scouser (from Everton in the city's north end) once said to her: "You're not from round here, are you?" "No, I'm from down south", she replied. "Oh, you mean Allerton", came the Scouse response (Allerton being a suburb in the city's south end). Says all you need to know about aspects of Liverpool's culture

A leading question Carl? Wtf? A leading question would be "Is it true blash blah blah did this to a minor" Not "What happened to whoever"

Ok another leading question then - why is it you and your posts that I receive the most complaints about?

I'm not an East End girl - I wasn't born in London. Neither am I a member of Waltham Forest and haven't been for many years. Re Barbara Villiers she was a distant family connection.I'm not keen on arbiters and gave up chess playing in favour of poker which is lucrative  .

Alas no arbiter is required. Louise gave up chess in favour of poker - she knows where she is with poker players, they are all wolves and out for themselves and don't need to hide in sheeps clothing.
And Waltham Forest folded last season.
