I think we need to establish before the oct or at the oct meeting if any moneys from the robinson trust have been handed over to the ECF for the CFS project.
If money has been transfered how much, how much of it is left, and if any has been spent what has it been spent on.

William,
As far as I know,
1. a small amount has been earmarked for the development of the CoM application and its implementation.
2. A further amount was paid to ChessBase GmbH for the production and manufacture of 2,000 ECF CoM DVDs.
3. The CoM supplementary booklet (2,000 copies) may have been paid for via JRT funding.
4. JRT funding may have been used to part pay the salary of the Chess for Schools Project Coordinator, Kirstie Lapworth.
I am speculating (as usual) and am least confident about 4.
I guess the Director of Finance could provide a definitive answer and / or the JRT Trustees?

That could be quite a reasonable amount when there are (at the moment...) no real sets?
Cheers
