Mobile Phones: Zero Tolerance?

Several hours into the first round of the Prague Summer Open, one competitor used his mobile phone to take selfies.

Is this the most egregious flouting of the 'No Mobile Phones' Rule in modern chess?

Presumably he could have got around the rule by asking his opponent to take it for him..?

The selfie taker had his baseball cap on backwards this morning. The youth of today etc.

Which way round do you mean Jonathan? The correct way to wear a baseball cap is the wrong way round, isn't it? [Whichever way that is].
