who your tips to win each group? And how do you think Short and Howell will perform in the 13 round robin? Adams this year is playing in Gibralter for the first time.

It will also be nice to see Anand the world champion back in Action before his defence of his title v Topalov in April 2010.

With everyone gunning for Carlsen as the new number one I saw enough from Kramnik in London to place my money (actual bet...) there :!:

Not so Ian. Mickey has played Gib once before. It was either two or three years ago.

ok sorry Iam wrong there thanks for Correcting me Sean an Ian I remember him playing corus most years in A section as well.Its a lot warmer in Gibralter so iam sure his wife prefers it there :)

Correct. Naka actually turned Corus down last year in order to play Gibraltar.

However, it's not always warm in Gib in January, let me tell you!!

Short lost and next up world champion with Black not good. Howell looks like he just messed up a great game that a real shame Negi got out of Jail there.Look like it was time trouble that cost David Howell the win there.
