I took out a Bronze membership, but now want to upgrade to Silver
Is there an option to do this on the Justgo membership page?
Renew or Add Membership seem to be the only options?
Many thanks.

This situation is covered on the Rolling Membership page.Collin Smith wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 9:01 pmI took out a Bronze membership, but now want to upgrade to Silver

We have put in place a manual workaround for people who want to upgrade their membership during the season as the membership system does not currently have the functionality to allow this to be done automatically. The way the system will work is that in the first instance you will need to pay the full membership fee for the new membership level, following which you will get a refund within the next one or two working days for the unspent portion of your old membership level.

So would 'Add Membership' be the option to choose, following which you would get the partial refund as quoted above?Ian Thompson wrote: ↑Wed Oct 19, 2022 4:43 am
