Billy: I haven't seen an entry from Jonathan Hawkins, but my info is a few days old. No doubt there will be the usual last minute rush of entries.

Ian: David Howell has entered, as has IM Craig Pritchett. No news on the other big names that you mentioned, but see my comment above.
