Oh I should hope so. But it would be helpful and gratifying if the habit of pretending he's being picked on were to expire.

Mr. Sedgwick,John, I was indeed a bit unfair.
It appeared to me that the answer to your question was to be found in Keene's article and I jumped to the conclusion that you had not read it. I apologise if that was not correct.
I accept that "automatic denigration" is something which I should have attributed to others, not to you.

In 2014 I wrote this brief note: https://sgchess.net/2014/10/09/1276-more-cronyism.JustinHorton wrote: ↑Sat Mar 27, 2021 10:01 pmIs he married to your sister, Ray, you don't mention it hereI am indebted to leading chess historian Richard Eales
On page 62 of Fifty Shades of Ray, Raymond Keene refers categorically to "the world's leading chess historian Richard Eales", without mentioning that Eales is his brother-in-law.

I wonder?
Following the appalling GMRDKOBE book that Malcolm famously removed from the shelves I vowed never to buy or even allow on the premises another new RDK publication.

Re: Under Statement?
Zeticula Ltd. would appear to be a one person (Stuart Johnston) operation located at
11 Swaledale Road, Sheffield, England, S7 2BY
The other eight persons have resigned and it is regarded as a micro-entity.
See https://www.bookdepository.com/publishers/Zeticula-Ltd for their back catalogue.
I wasn't aware that they had published

Re: Under Statement?
Yeah I saw that about Zeticula. Johnston's not known to me, though Googling his name with terms like "English chess" brought up a few results. But it's a common enough name.
It's this kind of persistent insult to the intelligence that makes English chess what it is.
Perhaps more accurately, Malcolm appeared to fall out with Ray so suddenly noticed what he had miraculously been able to overlook previously, declared Ray persona non grata and had one of his sidekicks write up for Chess various of Ray's misdeeds that everybody else had read about in various places some time before.John Upham wrote: ↑Tue Jun 08, 2021 9:54 amFollowing the appalling GMRDKOBE book that Malcolm famously removed from the shelves

See above.
I passed through Rose Street today on my way to 2nd hand book shop.
Took a picture of 196 Rose Street. (confirmed it by going in and asking is this was 196 - 'Yes')
