Yes, it's true that Nakamura has to qualify first, but so does everyone else.
Nakamura will be World Champ for a few years then possibly the wonderkid from India GM Leon Mendonca looks promising. There are also a number of youngsters from China according to the FIDE list.

I wonder whether unpredictability is really an effective weapon in the format of a world championship match?
