Constitution for chess club

We've had a Constitution since 1956

We last revised it in 2006, because we felt it should make the point that Membership is open to all regardless of age, sex, race or religion; we also took the opportunity to tidy up a few areas

We want to revisit it now, hence the reason for starting the thread; thanks for all the positive replies
