A great milestone Matt. What's your position on the leaderboard for the most posts? I've not looked for a while.

Are you playing in the Scarborough Congress in two weeks time?
It would probably not be quite as high as some of the really old and active members - there's people here who have been posting regularly for 15+ years. Id say in terms of posts per year you would probably be up there, you have posted 1.5 times as much as me even though I have a 13 year headstart...Simon Rogers wrote: ↑Sat Oct 14, 2023 7:27 pmA great milestone Matt. It's okay Roger.Roger Lancaster wrote: ↑Mon Oct 16, 2023 10:59 amI don't wish to hit a sour note but this forum isn't actually intended as a competition to see who can rack up most posts. Without naming names, there are enough unnecessary (to put it politely) posts without a competitive incentive to add more. In saying this, I intend no offence.
Both Edward Winter and Olimpu G. Urcan both mentioned to me privately that the above postings were a valuable source of information and I should study them without delay. Sadly Ken Whyld was not around to read them and as for HJR Murray....Mark Howitt wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 8:28 pmChess Historians POSSIBLY may look at my postings on chessninja if they can recover them.
