The next live games are from the final 4NCL http://www.4ncl.co.uk/ weekend here:-

The bank holiday 5th to 7th of May, 2007

With all the hard work being done by Dave Clayton on site!

I look forward to watching the games, its a shame that there is no live chat box for us to use, or is there?

Sorry, no there isn't...

All this (and the Grading site) is done free of charge, so there is a limit to the amount of work I am prepared to put in to be honest!

Cheers

I can either supply a shout box code for which you can add to any web site via the HTML or even a javascript one.

The shout box will be a pop-out type which you can resize and put anywhere
on your screen so that you can see both your web browser and the shout box side by side?.

Or i can paste a link to the shout box here so that everyone can click on to get the shout box.

Sorry somehow I missed this one, please feel free to post your link although it would be better really if that was done by yourself (and advertised as your own...) since it cannot really be approved by the ECF due to the nature of that sort of chat application

Good luck with it though!

Thanks Carl, I will do as you say.
The link will be posted on the morning of the first day of the live relay

The following Live Chat link is in no way, shape or form connected to the ECF, neither has it been approved by the ECF.

This Live Chat is provided by Kevin D Plant Web Editor of http://www.cumnorchessclub.com/

The link to live chat is http://www.cumnorchessclub.com/livechat.htm

This will take you to Cumnor chess club site, once you have clicked on the link there you will get a pop-out chat box which you can drag anywhere on your screen and resize. Please do not try to login to it, all you need to do is enter your name in the name box once only, you do not need to enter your name every time you make a comment. This chat box works on its own you do not need to have a web browser open to Cumnor web site.

PS. I have added a Profanity filter to this chat box.

Enjoy.
