The best performance in a weekend congress by a 13 year old in the last decade or so (if not longer)?

I don't think 13 year olds winning Opens is that uncommon.Mike Truran wrote: The best performance in a weekend congress by a 13 year old in the last decade or so (if not longer)?
Akshaya Kalaiyalahan in the 2014 HE Atkins for example.

Marcus Harvey and William Foo have both won Kidlington in recent years, perhaps at 14/15 rather than 13.
Then there was that lad who got his name in the papers recently by drawing with Cherniaev.

Re: Cotswold Congress
Irrespective of comparing it with other results, its a cracking result in its own right. I spoke with Joey Stewart (who played against Pavel at the congress) a few days ago and he had nothing but praise not just for Pavel's result but his play in the games as well.
Re: Cotswold Congress
I enjoyed reading the report linked to by Mike Truran in his original post.
And, with respect to Ben Edgell's post immediately above, I'd like to give another comparison.
Pavel is obviously a talented player.
Not a British weekender but the event below probably bears some comparison -
The Chicago Open, May 21-25, top section with 113 participants was 9 rounds Swiss.
Jeffrey Xiong 14-year old IM , student of GMs Babakuli Annakov & Evgeny Pigusov, won the Open Section finishing with 7/9 points to claim a $10,300 prize and his 3rd GM norm.

[Note that in the above link there is a photo of the winner and someone - a coach(?) - holding both a trophy and the winner. Credit where some credit is due. Edit: The photo in the link is an old one so Jeffrey Xiong looks older now.]

Incidentally I just watched Magnus do a 3 board blindfold clock simul on YouTube. Maurice Ashley reminded us that Magnus beat Karpov and drew with Kasparov both while aged 13.
