I’m not holding my breathe on this one when Bill looks at the situation in early January. It might not be a pretty picture!
The original email did have a rather pessimistic tone.
& there was talk at Scarborough of problems securing the venue for Blackpool.
45th Conference
Hopefully I am wrong, but this is starting to look like a Non Runner.
Not so fast, Paul.
This has just been announced on the website:
"The next tournament has been confirmed to take place 11th to 13th March."

I've started a new Topic for it in Congress Diary.

I wonder if there is anyone who has played in all 43 events so far?

No, despite the strange wording on the entry form.

The event is only ECF rated.

Will spectators be allowed in the playing halls?

I thought the usual convention was to list the prize breakdown within days ?
More than a month has passed and still no published list of prize winners, who cares ?
It seems seniors prizes are to be shared ? I might be interested in seeing the breakdown for my section , but how ?

Eventually I got hold of the £ prize breakdown it took several emails to the organiser. Who knows one day it might even appear on the web site .
