Player lists for 2010 - 2011 season?

Does anyone know when the 2010 - 2011 player lists will be published?

I'm looking at http://www.4ncl.co.uk/registrations.htm which I'm hoping is the right location.

The website is saying team lists and registrations will be available in the near future, which you hope is before the 6th November

My worry is that the lists will be published when it is too late to correct any errors or omissions. I submitted the AMCA squad list on September 26th, 2010 and am would be much happier to see confirmation they are all there. Time is running out!

I'd rather avoid defaults in rounds one and two when players are available!

I see that the 2009 - 2010 ECF ratings are being published and in turn being used to calculate FIDE ratings for those without one.

Is this likely to be updated?
