Is there a link to any of the games? I went to LiChess but couldn't see a single 4NCL game in progress.

I have got to the games searching for a player one at a time. It is a bit of a faff and the games i’ve Looked at haven’t been too exciting.

Here's my loss to Gormally, which was quite entertaining.

Well, good is what that was not.
"Do you play chess?"
"Yes, but I prefer a game with a better chance of cheating."

All ran smoothly for us, and a nice team win = :D

Just need to post the pairings a little earlier i guess.

The method I used was to go the pairings on the 4NCL website, which contained each player's lichess username as a link (e.g. https://lichess.org/@/wrongking for white on board 221). Once you've got there you can click on the television symbol to get to that player's game.

Unfortunately, the links to lichess are being removed when the result is shown, so I don't know how you can easily see completed games unless you know the player's lichess username, allowing you to type in the URL as above.

Take a screen shot or photo of the initial pairing screen.

Doing a "File, Save Page As ..." in your browser would be a better option. That way, you've still got a working link to click on instead of having to type in the URL using your screenshot.

PGNs and Replays of all the games are now available on the 4NCL website. Click on the links on the front page.

Many thanks to those responsible for the work.

The seedings should have been done by ecf rating only considering the league structure. Our first opponents had a higher average ecf rating but were seeded 19 in Div 2, whereas we are seeded 11th. Using an ecf conversion has added around 120 points per player, giving us an inflated seeding.
When we get to the last 3 games, I predict teams that have used their Fide ratings will be making "comebacks".

I'm sure this topic must have been worked to death elsewhere but, when I've managed an OTB 4NCL team, it has almost always been the case that the conversions resulting from the {7.5 x ECF} + 700 formula result, at any rate for those below ELO2000, in higher [sometimes significantly higher] figures than the actual FIDE ratings. In the case of juniors, my experience has been that the difference is even greater than for adults.
