One possible problematic issue for the one off 32 team format - what to do about the rule in relation to minimum junior/female/male players? (assuming it isn’t scrapped for one season only).

2019/20 rules
1.2 Each team in Division 1 must include at least one male player and at least one female player.
1.3 Each team in Division 2 must contain representatives of at least two of the following categories:
adult male players;
adult female players;
junior players who are under 18 years on 11th May 2020.
1.4 There are no such restrictions on the composition of teams in the other divisions.
