Shreyas wins. Great result and well done. Tabby did seem to rather ask for it in the ending with 44 ...g5. You have to just sit and wait for White to find the winning plan in endings such as this but it's very unpleasant.

Rd 3 Mickey Adams wins against Bartel to move to 2.5 out of 3 whilst Shreyas Royal has excellent winning chances against the 2692 rated Tabatabaei.

Good win by Adams - very much in his old style.

And David agrees the draw so that presumably makes Armenia 3rd.

Well David drew and so we lose to Serbia. Still a chance of a medal tomorrow, you would think.

I think that Mark might get the picture - from posts from some strong players. Meanwhile David is down to increments and still going for it.

David will need to grind on - a win looks unlikely but 2-2 might still be a good result looking at the other matches.

And Ravi Haria comes in on Board 4 in place of Luke McShane. A big test for Ravi.

More likely at Chess 24's end. Loads of extra people for the time scrambles!

Vitiugov certainly doing the job on Board 1. 4.5 out of 7 unbeaten and the two wins against Navara and Van Foreest. Very impressive.
